Terms of Use for Nifter's Nuts Quotes

All of the quotations found in the "Quotes" section of Nifter's Nuts are all original works that require compliance with the active copyright to use online. (Written consent must be obtained for all other uses.)

It's quite simple to follow the copyright guidelines: the quotes must be attributed to "Biff Nifter" and a 'source link' to Nifter's Nuts must be included with each post. Here is an example:

If you would like to use one or more quotes on your Web site, the following copy and paste code will make doing so simple and fast and ensures that no copyright violation occurs:

We are obliged to post these details from the active copyright:

• Use of more than 12 quotations per domain (including sub-domains) requires written approval. (Email is acceptable.)

We are grateful to 'Biff Nifter' for creating a special exception to a third party contract which allows us to offer the quotes as free Web site content. (Due to contractual obligations by the original author and owner of the quotes (Biff Nifter) with a third party, copyright violations are aggressively pursued by the same third party - and we sure as heck didn't want that to happen to anyone!)
